We want all our customers to be happy what they order from our website. If you're not, we'll do what we can to help resolve your issues.

Order discrepancies

Any order discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Made to measure products

Our usual returns policy, which complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, doesn't apply to products made to your requirements, such as our uPVC windows and doors. Orders placed for made to measure products can not be cancelled, as set out in part 5.1 of our T&Cs.

Please be sure you supply us with the correct information before placing your order. Here is some guidance on how to get the right size for you replacement windows.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order if you have changed your mind, unless you have ordered a made to measure window or door.

You will be offered a refund if you've told us within 14 days (not working days) of receiving your order that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you've informed us. You will then get a refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back to us. This do not apply to products that have been made to your specification.

Large orders are sent on a pallet and are normally delivered on a rigid vehicle with tail lift. This usually means your order will be dropped on your driveway or curbside. Our delivery partners ensure your orders reach you in good condition, however, accidents do happen. If you find any damage to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you could email us photos of the damage, that would help us deal with your query faster.
